X-men: First Class acteurs kiezen hun favoriete X-man

Het zal geen verbazing zijn dat twee mensen voor de gemakkelijke keuze (Wolverine) gaan, maar wat kiest de rest?

Zoals gezegd kiezen, Nicholas Hoult (Beast in de nieuwe film) en Michael Fassbender (Magneto) voor Wolverine. Producent Bryan Singer laat zich met zijn keuze echter van zijn meer creatieve kant zien;

I think mine has always been Professor X. Which was another reason that drove me to make First Class. Just because he’s powerful, idealistic and vulnerable all at the same time, and I’ve always been fond of him.

Although if I could choose to be a character I’d be Nightcrawler, because then I could go wherever I wanna go!

I like Professor X and Magneto; it’s great to see in First Class how their relationship started out. It’s a very, very clever take on the other movies. And the change in Michael [Fassbender] over the course of the movie is fantastic.

It’s hard because I like so many of them. I’ve always had a soft spot for Beast because I like the idea of having this highly intelligent guy who looks like a blue werewolf! But then you can’t help but love Magneto too – so I would say for me it’s a tie between Beast and Magneto.
